Frequently asked questions
Is MediaKeep made by Instagram or Meta?
No. MediaKeep for Instagram is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.
Do you see my Instagram account or files?
No. Everything happens inside your browser. Media goes directly from Instagram to your Downloads folder. We never receive your login, your messages or the media you save.
Can I save posts from private accounts?
Only from private accounts you already follow. MediaKeep saves only what your own Instagram account can already view.
Does my MediaKeep Pro key for Telegram work here?
No. MediaKeep for Instagram Pro is a separate subscription with its own license key. A Telegram key won't activate it, and an Instagram key won't activate the Telegram extension.
How does MediaKeep treat my Instagram account?
It loads posts slowly, takes breaks between pages and stops for a while when Instagram asks it to slow down. Please use it for reasonable personal backups and save only media you have the right to keep.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the link in your receipt email, and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. If MediaKeep isn't right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
