Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee. If MediaKeep Pro isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.

1. New purchases

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a monthly or yearly plan. The free plan lets you try MediaKeep before you buy.

2. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can request a refund of a renewal payment within 14 days of the renewal date if you have not used Pro features since that renewal. After that, cancelling stops future renewals and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

3. How to request a refund

Email contact@randomlab.kr with your order number or the email address used at checkout, or reply to your Gumroad receipt. Refunds are issued through Gumroad, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. After a refund

When a refund is issued, the related license key is deactivated and the extension returns to the free plan.

5. Cancelling a subscription

Use the "Manage membership" link in your Gumroad receipt email to cancel at any time. Cancelling does not delete the extension or your downloaded files.

6. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
