Terms of Service
Last updated: October 18, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the MediaKeep browser extension and website (together, the "Service"), provided by MediaKeep ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What MediaKeep does
MediaKeep is a browser extension that helps you save photos and videos that are already visible to you in Telegram Web (web.telegram.org) to your own device. All processing happens locally in your browser.
MediaKeep is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Telegram. Telegram may change its website at any time, which can temporarily affect how MediaKeep works.
2. Your responsibilities
You may use MediaKeep only to save media that you have the right to keep. In particular, you agree that you will not:
- download or redistribute content in violation of copyright or other rights of the people who created or shared it;
- attempt to save content from chats where saving has been restricted by the owner, or try to work around such restrictions;
- use MediaKeep in a way that breaks the law or Telegram's terms of service;
- resell, sublicense or share your license key outside the device limits of your plan.
You are solely responsible for the media you download and for how you use it.
3. Plans, payment and licenses
MediaKeep offers a free plan with usage limits and paid Pro plans. Current limits and prices are shown on our pricing page and may change; changes to paid plans apply from your next billing period.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Gumroad. Gumroad processes payments, calculates sales tax and issues receipts, and its own terms apply to your purchase. After purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable license key that unlocks Pro features on up to the number of browsers stated for your plan.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email; Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
4. License to use the software
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MediaKeep for your personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the extension except as allowed by law, or remove or bypass its license checks.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep MediaKeep working but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, especially after changes to Telegram Web. We may update, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the paid Service, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid subscription.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or revoke a license that is used in breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date, and for material changes we will notify Pro customers by email.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Questions: contact@randomlab.kr.
